Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

If you're not 100% satisfied with the product, we will offer you a full refund or exchange within 60 days of purchase.

No questions asked.

Just reach out to us via email (info@embrew.com) and tell us about the situation. We are here to help. We promise to issue a refund promptly and within three days of your request. Please keep in mind processing time with the payment processor and your bank, which may add additional days.

Our return, exchange and refund policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

What is the Process for an Exchange?

  1. Send us an email at info@embrew.com with your order number and a description of your issue. 
  2. We will respond within 1-2 business days and work with you on an exchange. 
  3. We will process your exchange within 1-2 business days and ship the item(s) out to you. 
  4. Depending on where you live, you should receive your new item within 5-7 business days from the time it ships.

What is the Process for a Refund?

  3. Once approved, we will process your refund within 1-2 business days. 
  4. Depending on your bank, you should receive refund within 5-7 business days from the time it is processed by us.

Are All Items Eligible for a Refund or Exchange?

  • We cannot offer refunds on Gift Cards. 

Late or missing refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@embrew.com.

Gifts

If you received the item as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your item or we will work together on an exchange. Please email us the original order number or the name of the original purchaser tied to the order.

Shipping

  • For refunds, if you paid for shipping on the original order, we will offer a refund up to $3.00 to cover standard shipping fees, but not expedited fees. 
  • We are not responsible for the shipping carriers to deliver the product to you, but if they failed to get you your item, please email us at info@embrew.com and we'll try to work together on a solution.
