Shipping policy

We want to get your tea to you quickly, so we guarantee to process your order either the same-day or the next business day.

We ship most packages via USPS ground and offer it for free automatically on all orders within the continental US, over $25. Orders under $25 ship for a low flat rate of $3.00 within the continental US.

We ship from our warehouse partner in Ohio, so depending on the destination, this could take from 2-5 days. 

If you would like it sooner, we've created a flat rate of $7.00 for expedited shipping which will arrive in 2-3 days. 

Sometimes things get stuck, so if you've been waiting more than a week for your tea, please reach out via email (info@embrew.com) and we'll investigate for you. We'll re-ship if we have to, so don't worry. 

Some exclusions apply on free shipping and will be noted on the individual product page.
