I created Embrew when I desperately needed an easier way to have a great cup of hot tea—after having two kids in less than 18 months.

Here’s the tea on some of your most burning questions...

When will I receive my first subscription shipment after placing an order?

Tea subscription orders will be processed and shipped out just like any other order, within 1-2 business days plus transit time.

What will the shipping cadence be for this service?

Infinitea customers can choose to receive their subscription every month, every other month, or every 3 months.

Can I skip a month of my subscription?

Yes, of course! You may swap products, skip, or cancel at anytime before the cutoff date which is 2 days prior to shipment. Once an order ships, we can offer a refund if the items are returned unopened within 14 days of receipt. More details below about modifying subscription orders.

Do I have to pay for shipping on subscriptions?

The shipping prices are the same throughout the site on all orders regardless if they are one-time or recurring subscription orders. Shipping is free on all orders over $25, so if you subscribe to one tea, the flat shipping fee is $3.00 for each shipment.

Can I use another payment method on my subscription order?

Unfortunately, the checkout process for subscriptions varies slightly from one-time orders and only allows for standard credit card payments or PayPal Express. Other express Payment Options like ShopPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Amazon Pay can be used for one time orders but will not appear if you are purchasing an order with a subscription in it.

Can I track my order?

Yes! You will receive a shipment email that includes your package’s tracking number and a link to check for updates. You can also sign up for text updates during checkout.

Can I modify my subscription?

Most definitely! Each subscription customer must sign up for an account during checkout. After that, you can change the tea you receive in your upcoming shipment as long as the change is made on your account subscription management page two days before the upcoming shipment date. 

  • Easily skip a shipment if your stash is bursting and can't hold anything until you have a sip-down marathon. You can also skip a future shipment within the next few months if you're thinking that far ahead.
  • Swap out your teas with different ones by clicking the down arrow on the subscription management page next to "Products In My Subscription" (not via the "Edit" button).
  • Pause your subscription as needed and unpause to get your next shipment.
  • We do not have the ability to change the shipping cadence for your subscription at this time. If you want to change when it comes in the future perpetually, just cancel the subscription and start over with the new cadence you'd like.
  • You can't add more teas or remove them from your subscription at this time. If you would like to change the amount of tea in your subscription, just cancel and re-subscribe with the ideal number of teas for you.
  • If you signed up for a subscription without creating an account, you can still create one here. Make sure to use the same email address on the new account as you used to sign up for the subscription and it will populate in your order list of the new account once it's created.
